After delivering a complete professional photo set to you, we personally upload the set to the Zillow Showcase, giving you ultra high resolution shots. We do a Zillow3D virtual tour and floorplan for context, and new to the platform... we create a 120 second professionally stabilized, cut, colored and titled 4K listing commercial for the video autoplay feature. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Standard HDR photos and all tours are delivered in 24 hours or less so you can complete your MLS listing and go live quickly. If you choose the flash composite option, it takes 2-3 business days for photo delivery so plan accordingly.
Videos, website, marketing kit, 3D rendered floorplans, and the remainder of the package also take 2-3 business days to complete.

3D Virtual tours enhance listings and even prioritize placement in searches on public facing sites. Unfortunately, there is not just one tour that works on all of these sites. We've chosen 3 of tours that cover the most frequently visited sites in the world, including Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Realtor.com, and Redfin.
WHAT KIND OF VIDEOS DO YOU MAKE? WALKTHROUGHS? AGENT TALKING HEAD VIDEOS? SOCIAL?
The answer is yes to all, and my clients all have a very personalized format to their videos. Some request a wide, cinematic 4k commercial for Youtube. Others want a 9:16 social media optimized video. Others want a folder of highlights to send to their marketing departments to make video carousels.
Every client gets a video customized to their specifications, and its included in the complete packages. More involved video work (actors, more than basic lav mic audio, lighting setups for interviews) are available, but will be an additional charge and possibly take more time.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HDR AND FLASH COMPOSITE PHOTOGRAPHY?
HDR stands for "high dynamic range" and is the industry standard for real estate photography. It's a process using natural light and multiple exposures to get an evenly lit and clean photo. It takes almost no time onsite, and editing is also much faster. This process is used on the VAST majority of real estate listings.
Flash composite photography is a completely different approach. It doesn't depend on natural light at all, and is accomplished by combining multiple photos using off-camera flash. Because you are in control of the light, the look of the image is 100 percent in the photographer's control. The presentation of shadows, mood and color can be controlled at will. This approach is quite involved, takes longer onsite and in post, but the results mirror that of editorial highlights from magazines and interior design presentations.
